Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the C2FA application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shortmox Agency ("we," "us," or "our"), C2FA'yı geliştiren.

C2FA provides content authenticity verification services including:

• Digital signature generation for media content
• Blockchain-based verification receipts
• Content integrity checking
• Verification link generation

Important: C2FA does not prove real-world truth, certify physical events, or detect AI-generated content with 100% accuracy. It provides technical verification of file integrity and signing timestamps.

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to bypass security measures
• Not use the App to verify illegal content
• Maintain the security of your device and data
• Not reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Not use automated systems to access the App without authorization

You may NOT:

• Use the App for fraudulent purposes
• Create false verification receipts with intent to deceive
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Interfere with other users' access to the service
• Harvest or collect user information without consent

All intellectual property rights in the App, including:

• Software code and algorithms
• User interface designs
• Trademarks and logos
• Documentation and content

are owned by Shortmox Agency and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Verification receipts you generate are your property, but the underlying blockchain records are immutable and public by design.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of verification results

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Verification results are legally admissible in all jurisdictions

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHORTMOX AGENCY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Damages arising from reliance on verification results
• Damages from unauthorized access to your data
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App (or $100 if free)

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We will notify users of material changes via:

• In-app notifications
• Email (if provided)
• Website announcements

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Shortmox Agency is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation
• Mediation (if agreed)
• Arbitration or litigation in the competent courts
